A/C Inspection - $117.00
What is Included:
- Check/Replace air filter (we will replace a customer provided filter or a filter can be purchased from the technician)
- Clean and check condensate drain pan and drain lines to prevent water overflow
- Check/clean outside condenser coil for efficient operation
- Lubricate fan motors if applicable
- Check all electrical components and connections
- Check voltage and amp readings of all components
- Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures
- Check indoor blower motor and blower wheel, lubricate if applicable
- Check indoor duct system and temperature drop for proper air circulation
- Check thermostat operation
- Check w/customer to make sure system is performing to their expectations/needs
Furnace Inspection - $117.00
What is Included:
- Check/Replace air filter (we will replace a customer provided filter or a filter can be purchased from the technician)
- Check heat exchanger and combustion chamber for leaks
- Check flue pipe and fresh air piping for leaks/blockage
- Check/Clean burners and flame sensing assembly
- Check/Clean condensate line to prevent water overflow
- Perform CO test to make sure home is safe
- Check Inducer motor, indoor blower motor and blower wheel, lubricate if applicable
- Check all electrical components and connections
- Check voltage and amp readings of all components
- Check indoor duct system and temperature rise for proper air circulation
- Check thermostat operation
- Check w/customer to make sure system is performing to their expectations/needs
Water Heater Inspection - $99.00
What is Included:
- Drain the water heater to remove any sediment build up at the bottom
- Remove mineral sediment build up like calcium and magnesium that could lead to corrosion or scale build up
- Perform a comprehensive inspection of the water heater, checking for any leaks, corrosion, or signs of wear
- Evaluate the pressure relief valve, thermostat, anode rod, and sediment levels
- Ensure the venting system is clear of any obstructions and properly aligned
- Perform a partial flush to remove sediment buildup and improve efficiency
- Provide a thorough annual inspection that includes checking electrical connections (for electric heaters) or gas lines (for gas heaters)
- Refill the tank with new water and ensure the water heater is working correctly
- Evaluate the overall efficiency of the water heater and provide recommendations for any necessary upgrades or replacements
