“Awesome customer service. We had our hot water tank replaced 2 days prior to vacation as it went out and I had no idea we had a gas leak after install we went on vacation. I set the water tank on vacation mode when we left. When we got home, I switched the tank back to hot mode. I smelled some gas and just figured when I turned the hot water tank back on it was just still breaking in as it was new. Me and my fiancé started experiencing headaches and increased fatigue and did not smell any gas after turning the water heater back on. Shamrock appliance was scheduled to repair our dishwasher after vacation. The technician came in the house and immediately smelled gas and traced it down to the hot water tank. He then turned the gas off and instructed us to open our windows and to have it repaired by the company who installed it, shamrock appliance saved our life. The technician also repaired the dishwasher and diagnosed the problem with the water dispenser on the refrigerator when another appliance repair company could not. I would highly recommend this company they are honest, reasonably priced and transparent.”
